What happens next

One request. One service record.

Before work begins

No surprises hidden in the service call.

The exact terms belong on your appointment confirmation and written option—not in a vague promise.

Manufacturer coverage and any workmanship warranty are identified with the approved option.

04

Financing is a separate decision

Good to know

Questions before you schedule.

What is the diagnostic fee?+

The office confirms the service-call or diagnostic fee when your appointment is scheduled. It covers the technician's assessment; repair work is separate unless your written confirmation says otherwise.

Will I see a price before work begins?+

Yes. A technician first diagnoses the system, then provides written options and pricing for you to approve before repair work begins.

Do you work on all HVAC brands?+

Most major residential heating and cooling systems can be reviewed. Add a clear photo of the model label so the office can confirm the equipment before scheduling.

What if I need help after hours?+

Call and the office will confirm current after-hours availability. If you smell gas, see smoke, or a carbon-monoxide alarm sounds, leave the building and contact emergency services or the utility from a safe location.

Is financing available for replacement?+

Financing may be available through a third-party lender. Approval, rates, fees, and repayment terms come from that lender; Valleycraft does not make the credit decision.

What warranty comes with the work?+

The written option identifies applicable manufacturer coverage and any workmanship warranty before approval. Coverage depends on the equipment and scope selected.

What is included in a maintenance plan?+

The written plan lists visits, benefits, exclusions, renewal, cancellation, and any transfer terms. Repairs, parts, refrigerant, and replacement are not included unless the plan specifically says they are.

Which photos are most useful?+

Send the thermostat display, the indoor and outdoor equipment, the model-and-serial label, and any visible damage. Do not open electrical panels or enter an unsafe area for a photo.
